Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7y77 website at 7y77.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching any game, or otherwise using any feature of the 7y77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Prohibited Conduct

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

7y77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Upon suspension, the player's access to games, deposits, and withdrawals will be immediately restricted pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their 7y77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the player's registered payment method. Bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Intellectual Property

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 7y77 content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7y77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 7y77 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7y77 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered on it.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from circumstances beyond 7y77's reasonable control.
• Any delay or failure in performance of the platform caused by circumstances beyond 7y77's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, telecommunications disruptions, or acts of God.
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform. All gambling involves risk, and 7y77 does not guarantee any outcome.

Section 11

Amendments to Terms

7y77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7y77 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 7y77 website. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Governing Law

In the event of any dispute between you and 7y77 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7y77 from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or preserve the integrity of the platform.
